Great Customer Service

I had a problem with the original battery I ordered. Once installed it would not charge. I emailed the company and they provided some instructions to fix the issue. When that didn't work they promptly sent me a replacement battery.

ds, double check which battery you really need. The recommended battery was different than what I had in my laptop.

However, it ended up not being much of an issue. Once I discovered the error, LaptopBatteryExpress was able to exchange the battery for the correct one. Once I got the correct battery it worked immediately.

I have no doubt if I have any issues going forward, I will be able to get assistance. Read Less
