This brand new Asus Extended run replacement laptop battery features lithium-ion cells. Li-ion battery technology provides longer run times with less weight. This battery is physically larger than the original and will protrude to the rear of the laptop about one inch. If your laptop's display screen rolls over the hinged end of your laptop chassis, you will not be able to use this battery.

This extended run battery protrudes to the rear of the laptop about 1 inch. If your laptop screen rolls over behind the laptop chassis, the battery pack will prevent your screen from opening to it's full potential. You can expect about 3 - 4 hours of run time with this computer battery when new, depending on your energy use.

Like all Li-ion primary batteries, your run time will decline over time.
