The battery was received in a well package box with battery in a protective bag and foam. It arrived within a reasonable time from the time of purchase. The specs on the battery match the replacement requirements for the original.

Great and prompt service! Battery was a perfect fit. Charged well. I’ve been following the directions regarding running it down to 30% several times during the first week to insure it functions properly. So far, so good. I’ll follow-up if I have any problems. To date, I am very satisfied.

I can not rate it now. I did not open the package yet. I am taking it to India to my brother whom I gifted a Lenovo Ideapad laptop. He requested a new battery as the old battery has been dead for months. Once I return from India in mid January, I will be able to tell you what I think about the battery.

To my surprise it didn't work for my laptop, so I called again, Fred asked me to try first battery (same spec, just not had Lenovo name); I tried and it worked.
