To see what model number your MacBook is, shut down your Mac and flip it upside down. The model number should be printed on the back near the screen along with other information. You can also find your Mac model number by navigating to "About this Mac" from the Apple menu and selecting "More Info..." This will list the model, size and year of manufacture. This MacBook A1237 battery is ONLY compatible with the 2008 - mid-2009 13-inch MacBook Air.
