Apple produced two different batteries for the MacBook Air 11" A1370 model. There is a slightly different battery for the mid 2011 to mid 2012 for A1370 model. These are nearly identical batteries except the location of the wiring harness. The wiring harness for this battery (Late 2010-Early 2011 model) is located just off to the side of the battery. The Mid 2011-Mid 2012 version has the harness located more towards the center of the battery. While they have the same power capacity, they are not cross compatible.
